Get here NASCAR 2023 Daytona 500 pole qualifying results
The NASCAR 2023 season starts with the Daytona 500. Before the race, there will be several rounds of qualifying. We will announce who will be at the front of the starting line on Wednesday night. On Thursday, there will be two Bluegreen Vacations Duel races with the rest of the drivers.
Alex Bowman won the top spot in the Daytona 500 race on Wednesday night by going faster than all the other racers. This is his third time winning the Daytona 500 pole, and his sixth time starting at the front of the race. Bowman has won the Daytona 500 pole three times, just like other famous racers like Fireball Roberts, Ken Schrader, and Dale Jarrett. Kyle Larson, another Hendrick Motorsports driver, will start right next to Bowman at the front of the race.
Jimmie Johnson and Travis Pastrana were able to get good speeds during their qualifying runs and earned spots in the Daytona 500 race. This will be Pastrana’s first time racing in the NASCAR Cup Series. Zane Smith and Austin Hill might be able to qualify for the race if they finish better than Johnson and Pastrana in the qualifying races on Thursday. Chandler Smith and Conor Daly had some car problems during qualifying and now have to race their way into the race. Only two drivers, Bowman and Larson, are guaranteed to start the race, and the rest of the lineup will be determined by the results of the qualifying races on Thursday.
