Amigos is a 2023 Indian Telugu film directed and written by Rajendra Reddy. The movie stars Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Ashika Ranganath, and Nithin Prasanna in the lead roles. Amigos (2023) Movie Storyline & Review
The movie is about a guy named Siddhu who lives in Hyderabad and is looking for the love of his life. He meets a girl named Ishika and falls in love with her but she rejects his proposal. Then, he meets two more guys who look exactly like him and they all become friends. Together, they hatch a plan to win Ishika over and they succeed. However, trouble starts when one of the three friends turns out to be a criminal and is wanted by the police. The movie is interesting but the first half is slow and lacks chemistry between Ishika and Siddhu. The second half has more life in it but the scenes and dialogues are cliched. The climax is too long and the film is not very good overall. The music and cinematography are okay, but the film is a disappointment. Kalyan Ram does a good job as one of the characters, Michael, but hopefully, he won’t do too many negative roles in the future.

The movie was made by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar from Mythri Movie Makers and came out in theaters on February 10, 2023. The movie was shown in 425 theaters in the two Telugu states and 260 theaters in other countries. It was also shown in 60+ theaters in Karnataka and other parts of India, making a total of 742+ theaters worldwide. It was later bought by Netflix for its online premiere, which is expected to happen in March 2023.
