The TV show “You” is getting a fourth season and it will be shown on Netflix. The person who helps make the show, Sera Gamble, is still in charge. The main actor, Penn Badgley, will still play the character Joe Goldberg, and Tati Gabrielle will play Marianne Bellamy. Some new actors, like Charlotte Ritchie, Tilly Keeper, Amy-Leigh Hickman, Ed Speleers, and Lukas Gage, will also be in the show. They started filming in March 2022 in London and finished in August. The new season will be split into two parts and the first part will be on TV on February 9, 2023. The second part will be on TV on March 9, 2023.

The TV show “You” is about a man named Joe Goldberg who is a stalker and murderer. He has been in four seasons of the show and each time he gets involved in a new crime spree. In the fourth season, he moves to London and becomes a literature professor. However, his quiet life is disrupted when he is involved in a new crime after a night out with rich people. This time, he has a stalker who is sending him anonymous texts and trying to frame him for crimes. The show tries to change things up by making Joe’s stalker his predator instead of his prey. However, the mysterious figure feels tired and contrived, like it has been done before in other shows. The show was better in previous seasons when it was set in specific worlds and had a unique grip and unsettlement. Now, Joe just seems like another man trying to solve a murder mystery. The show has lost what made it unique.

Episode 1: Joe Takes a Holiday
Joe goes to London to find Marienne, but decides to leave her alone after she calls him a murderer. A man named Elliot asks him to kill Marienne, but Joe tricks him by sending a photo of her necklace instead. Joe changes his name to “Jonathan Moore” and becomes a university professor. He meets Kate, the girlfriend of his colleague Malcolm, and saves her from robbers. At a party, he gets drunk and wakes up to find Malcolm dead. He thinks he killed Malcolm, but gets anonymous texts from the real killer who is following him.
Episode 2: Portrait of the Artist
Lady Phoebe, Kate’s rich friend, invites Joe to a show of art made by their friend Simon Soo. Joe finds a book with gambling debts and goes to check on Phoebe’s boyfriend, Adam, who likes being peed on by men. At the show, someone ruins Simon’s art and Joe learns that the real artist was a woman who Simon got hooked on drugs. Joe thinks Simon killed their friend Malcolm to keep him from being blackmailed, but Simon is then killed. The killer also finds out who Joe really is and covers his wall in old newspaper articles.
Episode 3: Eat the Rich
A person known as the “Eat-the-Rich Killer” sends a finger of a wealthy man, Malcolm, to the press. Joe learns that his student, Nadia, had a sexual relationship with Malcolm. At Simon’s funeral, the killer orders Joe to kill another wealthy person, Kate. Joe starts following Kate to protect her and they eventually have sex. The next day, Vic, who was following Joe, finds Malcolm’s ring and tries to attack him, but Joe kills him in self-defense. The killer claims Joe enjoys murder and arranges a meeting. Phoebe calls Joe to a location where the police are waiting to talk to him.
Episode 4: Hampsie
Joe is invited to spend the weekend at Phoebe’s family’s country manor. He sees Phoebe’s friends being mean to the servants. Phoebe tries to flirt with Joe but he refuses. She tells him she thinks her boyfriend, Adam, doesn’t love her. Adam tells Joe he wants to propose to Phoebe because her family is rich. Joe meets Kate’s childhood friend, Roald, who is obsessed with Kate. At dinner, Roald criticizes Kate and Gemma accuses Joe of being the killer. Kate tells Joe her father is a rich investor but she doesn’t like him because of the harm he causes. Joe realizes he may love Kate. Roald confronts Joe and pushes him out of a window. Joe hears a scream and finds Kate next to Gemma’s dead body with a knife in her hand.
Episode 5: The Fox and the Hound
Kate says she did not kill Gemma. Joe believes her and helps her hide the body. Kate asks Joe about his past and he admits to hiding another body. Kate goes to tell Phoebe to dismiss the servants, but while she’s gone, Roald finds Joe and accuses him of being the killer. Roald gives Joe a chance to run, but he’s caught and put in a dungeon by the real killer, Rhys. Rhys wants Joe to kill Roald, but when he refuses, Rhys sets the dungeon on fire and leaves. Joe escapes, saves Roald, and is rescued by Kate. Joe decides to catch Rhys himself. Rhys runs for mayor.
